Green Office® Rueil is a positive-energy office building designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte. Divided into two separate buildings, this Green Office® is a combination of energy performance and user well-being. While it is not scheduled for handover until the end of 2014, the East building has already been leased to the global consumer goods giant Unilever.

Green Office® Rueil is located in the heart of Rueil-sur-Seine, the business district in Rueil-Malmaison west of Paris which is home to some of the largest French companies, including Veolia Environnement, Société Générale, Total and Vinci Énergies.
Situated just next to the RER A rapid transit rail line (Rueil-Malmaison station), the building will only be 7 minutes from the La Défense business district and less than half an hour from the Gare de Lyon and Gare de Saint-Lazare railway stations. Green Office® Rueil will also be well-served by major roads, including the A86 motorway.
